Supervision for Counsellors 

The Supervision relationship is crucial to a counsellors development and essential for safe and ethical practice. It is important to find a supervisor who has the depth of experience to provide the support necessary for our work to develop and flourish.

 

Jan Erswell offers both group and individual supervision to students and established counsellors.  She has worked full time as a counsellor, trainer and supervisor for over 20 years. 

 

Jan's counselling training began in industry. She went on to found the Well Counselling agency and is now a Director at Reality. She is also the ACC Regional Representative for London and the Southeast. Her supervision holds the element of mentoring, particularly for less experienced therapists. You will be in safe hands and will benefit from her wealth of experience
